Uzoma is experienced in income tax, sales tax, and capital gains tax issues, and he regularly represents clients in U.S. Tax Court, State Court and before the IRS and other entities.   His transactional tax practice focuses on counseling mid-size companies on structuring business transactions to ensure compliance with law and also optimization of tax benefits and savings.  Uzoma's bankruptcy practice focuses on representing and guiding debtors through Chapter 7, 11 and 13 filings.
